Pactapp ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use pactapp.ai.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• —Payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)

Information collected automatically:

• —Browser type and language preference (used to display the correct language)
• —General usage data collected anonymously for product improvement
• —IP address (used for fraud prevention and geographic pricing)

We do not require you to create an account or provide a name, address, or phone number.

3. How We Use Your Information

• —Deliver the contract analysis you requested
• —Send your analysis report to your email address
• —Process payments and manage your subscription
• —Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• —Improve the Service based on anonymous usage patterns
• —Contact you about your account or subscription (no marketing emails without consent)

4. Document Storage

• —Documents uploaded for one-time analysis are stored in our Secure Vault for up to 30 days, then permanently deleted
• —Documents of active Gestión Cloud subscribers are stored indefinitely and accessible from your dashboard
• —Documents are processed by Anthropic solely to generate your analysis. Anthropic does not use your documents to train its models
• —We do not read, review, or access your documents beyond what is necessary to provide the Service

5. Email Communications

By providing your email, you consent to receive your contract analysis report, alerts about contract expiration dates (if subscribed to Gestión Cloud), and important notices about your account. We do not send promotional emails without your explicit consent. You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only with:

• —Anthropic — to process your document and generate the AI analysis
• —Stripe — to process payments securely
• —Supabase — for secure data storage
• —Resend — to deliver your analysis by email
• —Vercel — to host and serve the application

All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing their services to us.

7. Data Security

• —Encrypted storage for all documents
• —Row-level security on all database tables
• —Access controls limiting who can access user data

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
