1. Introduction

Pactapp ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use pactapp.ai and the Pactapp AI mobile app (iOS and Android).

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• —Email address (required to deliver your analysis and to verify your session with a one-time code)
• —Documents and files you upload for analysis
• —Payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)

Information collected automatically:

• —Browser type and language preference (used to display the correct language)
• —General usage data collected for product improvement
• —IP address (used for fraud prevention and geographic pricing)
• —In the mobile app: a device identifier (used to deliver the service, limit free analyses per device, and prevent abuse), your platform, app version and language, and the advertising identifier of your device where you allow it
• —In the mobile app: in-app activity events (for example opening the app, choosing a document, or tapping Analyze) and error or crash reports, used to understand and improve the product
• —In the mobile app: a push notification token, if you allow notifications, used to send you reminders
• —In the mobile app: purchase and subscription status, handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat

We do not ask for your name, address, or phone number. You identify yourself with your email address and a one-time code we send you.

3. How We Use Your Information

• —Deliver the contract analysis you requested
• —Send your analysis report to your email address
• —Process payments and manage your subscription
• —Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• —Improve the Service based on usage patterns and error reports
• —Measure the effectiveness of our advertising and, where you allow it, attribute app installs to our campaigns
• —Send reminders and updates through push notifications if you enable them
• —Contact you about your account or subscription (no marketing emails without consent)

4. Document Storage

• —Documents uploaded for one-time analysis are stored in our Secure Vault for up to 30 days, then permanently deleted
• —Documents of active Gestión Cloud subscribers are stored indefinitely and accessible from your dashboard
• —Documents are processed by Anthropic solely to generate your analysis. Anthropic does not use your documents to train its models
• —We do not read, review, or access your documents beyond what is necessary to provide the Service

5. Email Communications

By providing your email, you consent to receive your contract analysis report, alerts about contract expiration dates (if subscribed to Gestión Cloud), and important notices about your account. We do not send promotional emails without your explicit consent. You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only with:

• —Anthropic — to process your document and generate the AI analysis
• —Stripe — to process payments securely on the website
• —Supabase — for secure data storage
• —Resend — to deliver your analysis and verification codes by email
• —Vercel — to host and serve the application
• —RevenueCat, the Apple App Store and Google Play — to process payments and manage purchases and subscriptions in the mobile app (we never see or store your card details)
• —Expo — to deliver app updates and push notifications
• —Meta (Facebook) — in the mobile app, the Meta SDK may receive your device advertising identifier and app events (such as installs) to measure and attribute our advertising. On iOS this only happens if you allow tracking when the app asks; you can change this at any time in your device settings

Except for Meta, which receives only the identifiers and events described above for advertising measurement, third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing their services to us.

7. Data Security

• —HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• —Encrypted storage for all documents
• —Row-level security on all database tables
• —Access controls limiting who can access user data

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• —Access the personal data we hold about you
• —Request deletion of your data and documents, including your account, at pactapp.ai/delete-account or from the mobile app
• —Correct inaccurate information
• —Withdraw consent for data processing

9. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• —The right to know what personal information we collect
• —The right to delete your personal information
• —The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• —The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights

10. Children's Privacy

Pactapp is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
