By accessing or using Pactapp ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pactapp is an AI-powered document analysis tool that provides informational summaries of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Not Legal Advice

The analysis, summaries, and information generated by Pactapp:

• —Are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or omissions
• —Do not constitute legal advice, legal opinions, or attorney-client communications
• —Are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified attorney
• —Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any legal or business decision

Always consult a licensed attorney before signing any contract or making decisions based on legal documents.

4. Personal Use Only

You agree that you will not use the Service:

• —For commercial purposes, including reselling, redistributing, or incorporating Pactapp's analysis outputs into any product or service offered to third parties
• —To provide document analysis services to other individuals or organizations on a paid or unpaid basis
• —In an automated or bulk manner, including through scripts, bots, or any programmatic access not expressly authorized by Pactapp
• —In a manner that exceeds reasonable personal use, as determined at Pactapp's sole discretion

Pactapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel any subscription or account if we detect usage patterns inconsistent with personal use, without prior notice and without obligation to provide a refund for unused subscription time.

5. Your Use of the Service

You agree to:

• —Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• —Only upload documents you have the right to share and analyze
• —Not upload documents containing sensitive personal data of third parties without their consent
• —Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Service

6. Document Handling and Data

When you upload a document to Pactapp:

• —It is transmitted securely and processed by AI to generate an analysis
• —Documents uploaded for one-time analysis are stored temporarily for up to 30 days, then permanently deleted
• —Documents of active Gestión Cloud subscribers are stored indefinitely as part of the subscription benefit
• —We do not sell, share, or use your documents to train AI models
• —We do not share your documents with third parties except as required to provide the Service

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• —Individual analysis: One-time payment per document. Non-refundable once the analysis has been delivered.
• —Gestión Cloud subscription: Billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
• —All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• —Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI outputs, is owned by Pactapp. You retain ownership of any documents you upload. You grant Pactapp a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PACTAPP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR COMPLETE. AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS MAY CONTAIN MISTAKES. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PACTAPP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
